"Great staff ive had my son in since he was in nursey always had good experiences with management and educators, very understanding and reasonable to all requests and understanding that we cant just change things at a drop of a hat and that certain adjustments take time. Very helpful during some personal changes within the family to provide assistance and support have loved working with the management team with anything from day to day to back end accounts and care. You will always be acknowledged and greeted with warm and happiness. You can see the bonds the kids form and how that helps them grow into the little humans they are."

"It's such a shame that The branding of Guardian has to cope up with all the bad reviews where I do not want to blame the brand of the childcare. it's the centre manager (Jo) who plays a vital role in how the customer is treated. Sending kids to childcare is already a very hard decision for a parent to make and if the childcare centre doesn't proves to be the right one then it becomes more difficult. Issues I faced. .$10 price hike on daily fees without any previous notice or email. Checked with the other two childcare centre under the same brand within 3 KMs radius under same postcode and they were $10 less. . Sleeping pattern of my son changed and was more awake at night time, as the tutors were making him sleep for a longer time. . I addressed the issue of oversleeping during day time again and again for over three weeks before any action taken as taken. . Went from solid food to bottle feeding . . Decided to cancel the services within 2 months of enrollment due to such a poor services by management. . Took 3 month after cancellation of services for getting a refund of amount that they owed to me. Suggestions for people already enrolled facing issues . Contact Head Office of Guardian located in Kelvin Grove. To resolve the issues quickly . Thanks to Guardian head office for helping resolve 3 month long issue within 4 days."

"This is an amazing centre and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My son has been enrolled at Guardian Early Learning Centre, Springfield since he was 4 months old. He has developed wonderful relationships with his teachers and settles quickly when I drop him off in the morning. The teaching team are amazing and always go the extra mile for my son in both care and learning."

"I put my daughter on the waiting list in May 2016 and her position didn't move at all after 6 months. What was worse, she was removed from the list sometime after that with no reasons at all. I called them and she was put back to the list, but was removed from that list again later. This centre is a bit arrogant to me. If you don't work for any companies that have partnerships with them, don't bother putting your child at their waiting list."
