The staff (Kylie, Julie, everyone) have been so helpful, honest and patient will all my needs, be it starting an interest account, or recently obtaining a car loan. A credit union is for its members and community and Horizon really exemplifies this."

"This was my first bank account. I've not been able to log into my online account in 15 years. The reset password requires some 16 digit card number and to get a new card I had to visit a branch in Wollongong. Wasn't going to drive down from Sydney to do this so I switched. They have some strange security at this bank I can remember using handy net where you would have to click your password into a virtual keyboard. I give then 4 stars because I've been unable to access my account in such a long time."
