"Was very annoyed at my experience here.... I purchased a set of underwear. The bottoms were a size too big. When I noticed this I also saw that the underwear appeared to already be tried on... When I tried to return my purchase I was told that the item needed to still have the tags attached. From memory I do not remember taking the tag off the underwear. I then decided to repurchase the correct size online as they didn't have my desired size in store"
