"Excellent workmanship on our rings thank you. However a disappointing experience with front counter. After already identifying ourselves on more than one one occasion and in the same day they took a photo copy of my drivers license without my permission. After paying they wanted to keep that photo copy of my drivers license which caused confusion and frustration souring the transaction. With everything happening with identity theft at the moment I would be very cautious protecting your personal details."
"I took my engagement ring in for a re-size & my other rings to be cleaned & re-shaped. The customer service both drop off & pick up was friendly, happy & nothing was to much for them. They said it should take about 10 days for it to be finished, but they had done it in a few days. Highly recommend these guys, if I lived in Tasmania I would definitely be returning for our wedding rings. Thanks guys Tarsha"
