"I purchased a gold band from MH Glenorchy and it broke not even twos weeks after. Teagan the manager, who is not a jeweler, looked through her eye glass and asked what was in the gold. Then told me it was silicon! She is so rude and instead of helping me through the process, accused me of filling it with silicon. I would not shop at MH again, waste of money, rude customer service and cheap gold."

"Great customer service and products my only issue is with it being called Michael Hill Jewelers as they are not its just a retail outlet no onsite jeweler anything to be repaired or resized is yo be sent to a real jeweler."

"Absolutely appalled by the customer service I received at the Glenorchy Michael Hill today. Firstly, I had been at the Eastlands Michael Hill who delivered exceptional customer service, they went above and beyond in helping me with a necklace that I had, however didn't have one in stock so they called Glenorchy who did and they said go there and they will replace the necklace as it's inside it's warranty and if repaired the necklace chain will have a visible mark and not look nice and may break again.I drove all the way to Glenorchy only for them to question and not do what I was advised they would do. their lack of service was disgusting and a comment made by an older lady working there was so unprofessional. I had been advised one thing by the lovely ladies at eastlands to only drive over there and not helped. It was just disheartening and appaling customer service."

They are a group of people that don't settle for "sorry can't find it", I was after a particular set, they didn't have the full set and decided to call around all of Australia to source it, managing to find the whole set.
