"Stay away!!!!! Paid $430 for a end of lease clean. Cleaner was an hour late, called me and said he was waiting for me at my front door...went to wrong address, waited for another 20mins. Turned up with a small travel bag and a back pack....no mop and bucket and a small vacuum you would use on a car. Looked like he just went to woolies and bought some window cleaner and spray @ wipe. After 10 hrs he texted me he was finished. Inspected the work the following day...looked like nothing had been done. Toilet not cleaned, floors not mopped, shower no cleaned. Called Calibre and they said he would be back to re-clean. Just got a call from the property manager saying that the property needs cleaning. What a hopeless unprofessional mob these people are."

"The two gentlemen who came to our property were absolutely lovey and showed genuine care that we were happy with their work. We had a 3 story house plus a detatched living area which had been used as an office/ workshop and truthfully the idea of cleaning it myself gave me NIGHTMARES. They didn’t flinch at the job; they took their time and I believe even worked one extra hour just to make sure the job was done properly. We are so grateful for their work!"
