Always Flowers

"Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Always Flowers for our wedding. Firstly, we were encouraged to pay the deposit before their quote was sent, to secure the date. When the quote was eventually sent it wasn’t itemised, when we asked for an itemised quote they said they don’t do them. In the quote, there were descriptions that didn’t match my descriptions or images that I sent and wanted. After several attempts at emailing and phone calls, I finally went in to discuss in person, I was met with three florists. When I spoke and showed pictures about what I wanted one of the florist kept showing me pictures of what they have done in the past, which were nice but did not match or come close to what I wanted. One of the florist then said in the meeting that she was becoming really upset. I left the meeting confirmed that this business is unprofessional and I wasn’t certain that I would get the result I wanted on the wedding day. I opted for another florist that came recommended, Ivy lane collective, who were incredible. We cancelled with always flowers with several weeks notice and asked for our $800 deposit, they refused to refund the deposit. I will also be taking this to the ombudsman. My other experiences with wedding vendors was really positive and professional."

"I won't be using Always flowers again . I have used them in the past and very nice people . When I rang on a Friday week before mother's day I explained to Stacie what I wanted my dad to pick up for our mother who had passed away last year . What we got for the price was colourless . My dad was disappointed so that hurt. I sent an email and have had no response ."

They went above and beyond, even coming to my home on their own watch to help plan the space and create a vision, discussing all of the floral options I could go with within season to create the best look. I literally thought it would just be a quick over the counter purchase, but from the very beginning they put so much heart into the project. Even calling to calm my nerves and reassure me during the Omricon outbreak. Stacey and Georgia managed to turn my bridal shower into a fairytale! For that, I am ever greatfull and happy I went with always flowers. Highly recommend to anyone who is planning a special event and knows and cares about flowers the way they do."
