The process was very professional and at a high standard even though it was a pretty in-depth build. The price was competitive and the quality of the pool shell was exceptional. "So disappointed in after sales service. All helpful when selling you a spa but when you get a leak they fob you off saying they can't do anything. Today after 2 months of trying to get our leak fixed our plumber did it for us! Should have asked him 2 months ago!
