"If I could give no stars, I would. Appalling service. My elderly mother waited 20 minutes for the only teller while they served one person. MeNwhile other staff were in and out of doors and the manager was sitting nearby clearly ignoring the situation. The woman behind my Mum commented how this branch was getting worse. She will be changing banks."
