"I was at Big W Mittagong on Thursday night right before closing. I bought $500 of stuffs and went to the check out to pay with my gift card. For some reason I could not figure out how to use it on my fone. There was a young cashier who was very helpful and friendly who stayed and tried to help me out for 20 mins. Then she call her supervisor who was also super friendly tried to help me but could not. Then another male staff also spent 10 mins to help me out. Now, this is what I call genuine customer service and true desire to help someone. They all when out of their way to help me, they had a choice to walk away and ask me to come back as they were about to close. Great team is build by greater attitude. I must say the Big W Mittagong's positive attitude towards customers will go a long way. Big thank youand massive appreciation to the effectiv, efficient and committed team."
