"Previously no complaints about this store. I have never left a less than positive review before. Took my dog in for a DIY hydro bath today. Firstly bath was dirty & had not been cleaned after the previous user. Not a huge issue but not ideal. Then the shampoo wouldn't work. On reporting this I was told to alter the spray as the spray head was a bit dodgy. No difference. My dog is XL. Soaking wet dog, no shampoo. No offer of refund of $20 paid or to use the other bath. Will be going elswhere in future."
"The groomer did the worst hack job on my dog, when we picked him up he was completely traumatised. They weren’t able to finish grooming him, we have never had this issue in his entire life and he’s 13. I would suggest you look at hiring qualified, competent groomers."
