"For whatever reason it may be, Paula's professionalism and efficiency declined from initial few months in late 2020. since 2021 May onwards Paula's responding time via email or phone is on average between one to two weeks, it was very frustrating and I have asked her multiple times if she didn't not wish to handle my case anymore please say so, then I can go with another firm that can respond In a reasonable timeframe. Between June to July 2022 the entire month I couldn't reach her in any form. Not explanation whatsoever, I had to seek advice from the law society and legal practice complaint department to gather evidence for a formal complaint.
