"When you place an order more than a week in advance, I think before 11am is a reasonable expectation for delivery considering the delivery address is less than 3km from the store. When you call at 11am to ask for a rough delivery time because you need to head out to a mother's day brunch and need to take the flowers with you, I think it's quite reasonable for someone to help and not respond with, "no that's not possible, we have lots of orders today". Shocking service, it'll be the last time I order from them."
