"The worst Taxi driver I have ever experienced!!! No star at all!!! Disgusting taxi driver behavior! I did not feel safe after I got into it from airport to home !!!"

"BIG MISTAKE - Booked cab via the 131 app and was quoted $40 for the trip from central Hobart to the airport. We paid in full via the app. The driver Abdala (67052) didn't want to drop us at the Camper depot next to the arrivals hall. We had hired a cab because we had camping gear and didn't want to carry it far. After some unpleasant quibbling, he reluctantly reluctantly agreed. He then asked for payment. We showed him our receipt. He said we couldn't have paid because the app was not working. He was EXTREMELY RUDE! He called the company. The woman we spoke to was also rude. He demanded a further 9.99. We refused. The cab was not clean and poorly maintained. The smell was not good. Not a great way to start a holiday. In the end we ended up paying another $7. Your response will determine whether we use 131 cabs and the app again!"

"We have been on holidays staying in Airlie Beach for the past week, have booked taxis everywhere everyday. All of the drivers have been so nice, helpful and friendly. Tonight we had Glen as our driver and he such a nice man that I felt compelled to leave a review. He’s an asset to your taxi service."

"The most rudest and unprofessional driver I have ever come across. Poor people skills and absolutely appalling language towards myself and friend during the short ride and when we exited the taxi at our destination. Not at any stage were we rude towards him during the fare. But the get out at the end of the trip and yell ‘F*** YOU’ from the other side of the taxi is absolutely appalling and atrocious from a passengers perspective and not a good look for the company either. I have a feeling where this driver has immigrated from it may be acceptable and appropriate but it is not here, especially when we were paying his fare for that leg of the trip. We have both been left dumb founded, stunned and shocked at the way we have been treated by this one particular driver. Yes the company was called immediately and apologised profusely at the way we were treated. Still not good enough, maybe they should scan their drivers a bit more thoroughly before they accept them within the company. The whole saga may have ended in a different direction but we did not feel comfortable or safe in his presence. 131 double O NO!"
