With sixteen years of experience as a Registered Psychologist and advanced training in various therapies, including Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Karen provides effective treatment for anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and more.

John, our Consulting and Organizational Psychologist, brings over 18 years of experience in helping individuals, couples, and organizations with mental health and personal development issues.
