"Was advised to at my earliest convenience to phone Victoria Legal Aid to request assistance from a legal practitioner (lawyer) but when calling was advised they only offer help on the day of the matter. They can provide numbers for a community lawyer via email (which you can Google yourself) also requested assistance with having the matter moved from Melbourne to the suburb I live and they advised me to call the courts myself. Useless and time wasting."
