"I contacted the company a number of times to report an incident of dangerous driving by one of their B double driver. I'm still waiting for a phone call. First time ever that a transport manager has not called to discuss the incident. Plenty of hollow promises. The driver turned on the indicator, and whilst I was alongside the first trailer. The driver then proceeded to move into my lane. Flashing headlights and blowing the horn made no difference. I had to take evasive action to avoid my SUV being side swiped."

"Never have I worked for a company that puts in so much effort finding ways to pay their drivers as little as possible as does Jim Pearsons Transport Lets talk about training now... you have 2 choices, little or none. You get put in a truck with another driver for 2 days so you learn their bad habits and then you are on your own so you can learn through your mistakes or use the trial and error method"

"Worked for this company in Brisbane doing groceries for 3 years was a good place to start with then true colours appeared, favouritism dictatorship and what you are told in the Interview ain't what happens. Expect lengthy blackout periods in the lead up to Christmas and Easter, kilometre rate runs and flat pay rates and rate of pay changes when on A/L ect. Equipment is ok nothing really out of the ordinary. If you have little experience then they will give you a go but be weary . Management are a big problem with this company which would explain the very high turn over of drivers."
