"I joined F45 Bulli in 2019 after the birth of my second child. While I had been active my whole life, I had never had a gym membership before. I signed up for an 8-week Challenge…four years later and I am still there every week! I love it. After those first 8 weeks I was stronger and fitter than I had ever been. The 45-minute workouts are a game changer – every one is different and it’s all done for you. All you have to do it turn up and give it a go! It’s a great mix of cardio, weights, and hybrid HIIT sessions. I have met some of the most positive, inspiring, and encouraging people at F45 (both the trainers and the community). F45 classes are really well designed and having the exercises on the screen really help - especially on those days you’re half asleep. In just 12 months I have seen a considerable results including improvement in my overall fitness, loss of plenty of weight and gains in muscle just where I need it. And I can now do things I truely thought I just wasn’t capable of - like push ups. The Bulli owners and trainers provide a fun environment. I was intimidated to start my F45 journey - having tried other group training situations and not really vibing or not really getting results - but from the get-go the Bulli team as well as all the members have been supportive and welcoming.
