"The lady working there could not be bothered to provide customer service. She was also patronising when we asked for prices saying “that will be very expensive”. Well guess what if you make people feel horrible, they’re not gonna spend a dollar in your shop. My partner also wanted to resize his ring with them a few months ago and they were never open even though their google hours said they were. They also did not answer their phone. I don’t think I will ever walk in there again."

"So mad yesterday! You opened late at 1030 with no regard to me waiting with a toddler from 10am. Then you tell me its because of Covid when really because your late to work. At 1030 you open and then tell me you can't help me as the Jeweller won't be in until tomorrow. My ring is faulty and my husband spent a lot of money on it. No customer service. Will not be recommending to others."
