"The work the jeweler does is great, however, when I brought in my engagement ring to be resized the gentleman who initially helped me, criticized that the two stones on the side weren't diamonds to match the middle.... people can't always afford 3 diamonds. When I just took my wedding band in to be resized the lady who helped me basically told me the band I had looked terrible, didn't match my engagement band and couldn't be resized. Thankfully the jeweler came out and informed me that it could be resized. 5 stars to the jeweler who resized both my rings. 2 stars for the judgmental customer service I have received both times. Not sure if it's because my rings were made/bought elsewhere, but still."

Be it a simple battery replacement or link adjustment or something more complicated, like repairs or servicing, the staff are always friendly and professional and the work is always completed quickly and with a high degree of workmanship. The store isn’t the most modern or fancy but they sell quality items and the price is always reasonable.
