Michael was so busy with so many other people waiting for scripts and was so lovely to each of them who were waiting. "Sadly I’ve been let down by this pharmacy. I purchased a rat test kit the day before the concession came in and one of the staff told me I could return for a refund the next day. I went back today and they refused. The young woman and her manager laughed at me when I said you’ve lost customer. Very unprofessional. Could not believe they wouldn’t honour what I was told and to be laughed at with the next customer !!!!!"
