Through the evolution of the business which I believe Pharmacist “Ann” is in charge of, you have become an extraordinarily awesome service. You will confirm this as evidenced by your sales. What the sales do not show however is the level of care and customer service that is exhibited. As a retired accountant and someone who started and built a multi million dollar business; I have a bit of an idea. Ann is just brilliant and through surreptitious enquiries over many months., the staff feel the same way so finally…Well done and thank you."

"This chemist needs to really improve. Customer service can improve, the way you operate can improve. The hours can be extended.. you are the closest chemist to this district. At least open at 9am when the hours are 9am. You need longer hours for people needing to shop later. You defiantly close right on the dot. Some staff are rude and don’t offer a friendly hand. Good points, is location and convenience."
