"I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks, The owners are very lovely, they keep the common areas very clean and they give us heaps of privacy They are very great priced, I'm very happy I chose this place! "WOW! Just got back from a weekend visit in Geelong. I have stayed in a few spots there but this place takes the cake. My wife and I received the most welcoming hospitality from Maureen. She went out of her way on numerous occasions to make sure our needs were met. The reason I keep using B&B's is because of that extra bit of service. "Similar to the previous post, I, too, was extremely disappointed. Firstly, the B&B is located at a major intersection of the Princes Highway and Aberdeen. Throughout the night you can hear lorries/trucks gear shift down/up approaching the lights. There is no noise isolation. Secondly, the single bedroom (as per comments below) is like a cupboard - despite their website claiming 'spacious rooms'! The window does not lock. The clock in the bedroom was blinking 12:00 so no efforts to 'set up' the room was made. The vacuum cleaner was left in the middle of the living room. Unmade rooms (stripped beds, pillows scattered everywhere) were visible. Not a soul to be seen - again, despite the website claiming, 'a warm welcome'. I expressed my dissatisfaction when the owner showed up in the morning (funny, they choose not to live there - now I see why), and refused to offer any refund. I didn't sleep, I didn't stay for breakfast. Totally not worth the effort nor expense to stay."
