Our school community is diverse, with students hailing from various cultures and backgrounds. We come together under the banner of Coniston Public School, proudly representing our green and gold school colors. The dove of friendship, which we wear with pride, symbolizes our commitment to being respectful, inclusive, and supportive to one another. Set amidst breathtaking mountains and the sparkling sea, we, the Coniston girls and boys, strive to be a credit to our school, teachers, and fellow pupils.
As a school that cherishes our connection to the land, we acknowledge the traditional Custodians of the Dharawal Country, part of the Yuin Nation. We pay our respects to the Elders, both past and present, and recognize that this land has always been and will always be traditional Aboriginal land. We walk together in friendship, committed to being safe, respectful learners.
Lastly, we would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and pay our respects to Elders past and present. We recognize the importance of honoring the rich cultural heritage of the area we call home.
