Welcome to Little Peoples Early Learning Centre in Woonona! We are a premier establishment located on Liddle Street, offering exceptional care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Situated conveniently between Memorial Drive and the Princes Highway, our centre is easily accessible for families in the area.

At Little Peoples Woonona, we pride ourselves on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. Our centre operates with long opening hours and is open 52 weeks per year, only closing for public holidays. This ensures that working parents have peace of mind knowing their children are in safe hands.

One of the highlights of our centre is the beautiful outdoor learning area, complete with soft fall and ample shade. We are proud to be approved as SunSmart by the Cancer Council, ensuring the safety and well-being of our little ones during outdoor play.

Our programs are based on the Early Years Learning Framework, with a strong focus on the principles of Being, Belonging, and Becoming. We also offer an extensive Transition to School Program for our pre-prep students, preparing them for the next stage of their educational journey.

Little Peoples Woonona boasts a wide range of age-appropriate resources, including computers and a smart screen in our Preschool Room. We believe in providing children with the tools they need to explore, learn, and grow in a technologically advanced world.

As the nominated supervisor and educational leader at Woonona Little Peoples, I am dedicated to creating an environment where children can flourish. With my experience in the childcare industry and my recent completion of a Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching at Charles Sturt University, I am committed to enhancing learning and development for young children.

I am passionate about building positive relationships with both children and their families. At Little Peoples, we value open communication and collaboration, ensuring that each child's individual needs and interests are met.

Nutrition plays a vital role in children's overall health and development. That is why we prioritize healthy eating habits at Little Peoples. Our nutritional menu, provided by Kids Gourmet Food, incorporates the daily dietary requirements of children. We offer a variety of flavors, textures, and ingredients, exposing children to a diverse range of food options.

We understand that some children may have special nutritional needs, food allergies, or sensitivities. Please inform your centre supervisor if your child requires any accommodations, as we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all.

We are proud to be a recipient of funding under the NSW Department of Education's Start Strong for Long Day Care 2023 program. This ensures that families can access preschool fee relief, making quality early childhood education more accessible for all.

Additionally, families can benefit from the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which is paid directly to services to help with the cost of child care. You can easily claim this subsidy through your Centrelink online account via myGov.
