"Nothing but problems. Both times I have gone there has been issue after issue. Between my toes hanging out of the falling apart shoes, which when I asked to replace the next pair was also falling apart. To the pins getting stuck, the balls not returning, to other broken things. Similar experience on my second visit, and this time thought I would attempt the arcade section where the games eat the tokens and break where it’s unplayable and all the staff do is shrug their shoulders. Staff standoffish and unhelpful as well. Not to mention the food was terrible."

"great family day out with 7yr old grandson, his first time bowling, had an awesome day. Lots to do aside from bowling, there are video games,a cafeteria that serves a great coffee 100 out of 100 for service and friendly staff"

"Decent enough place to take the kids, but it was a bit frustrating. We were using two lanes. Each lane had multiple issues, with the ball getting stuck after it was bowled and not returning, and scoring issues. After the second or third time we had gotten someone to fix it we gave up asking for help and just played through it. Not sure if it was just our two lanes or if this is a regular thing that happens there."

"Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Good wholesome fun for the family. They recently renovated so the place has had a little bit of an uplift."

"It is special with the kids, making memories and laughing at each other. Getting excited when someone does well. It can be very busy and a wait to be served but as long as you try book a lane first you should be able to play a round or two. It's a little pricey but worth it. Younger kids may get bored before the end of one round so be wise at the start. I've found the staff friendly. There was a blonde woman the times we have gone and she's always kind. The man who helps with shoes is kind also. The only real draw back is the toilets. I don't know about the men's but for the women there is only one toilet. Which is hard if someone using it has an issue and takes a long time which we experienced and 3 people waiting ahead of us. So I wouldn't drink too much and make your kids go to the bathroom before you leave home. The arcade section has alot of fun game options, not too expensive and it's so fun how it's still old school and you collect actually tickets. You can hand them in to claim prizes. I love that! Overall it is pricey but reasonably priced and a fun bonding activity with friends or family. Lots of parking options, wheelchair accessibility, with food and drink available also."
