"I went to the traditional brow and beauty in Glenorchy to do the eyebrow threading for the first time, the indian lady was not friendly, I asked her questions about eyebrows and she hardly answered my questions with her earphones on. Looked like she was not really willing to respond. I really had to get my eyebrows done, but in less than 2 minutes she finished my eyebrows. She was also a bit rough and rude . I was still sitting on the chair and she quickly asked me "cash or card" straight away, without even making sure and asking whether I'm satisfied or not. When I got home, I noticed that there was no change in my eyebrows and it looked still the same. I didn't get my eyebrows done for free and of course I paid her, although it was cheap, but not received a good service and not satisfied with the result. The customer service is not nice to other refugee backgrounds, she is so rude and racist. In customer service it is so important to communicate well and treat everyone equally. I will never return to get my eyebrows done and will never recommend them to anyone. It was my first and last time going there. I wish i could give 0 stars. Don't believe all the positive reviews, they might perobably be written by their friends and relatives. All they care about, is your pocket and money."
