"I had a booking here to get my gel nails removed (first visit) & new ones put on... after walking in, I wasn't greeted & I stood in there alone for a while before anyone noticed me. Once I was greeted I chose my nail colours & was sat down at a table. I had one lady start the removal process with the acetone, didn't speak, just acted out where I had to put my hands. Then she got pulled off of my nails to do nails for someone else, so I was left sitting there with my fingers in acetone for about 10 minutes. Another worker comes over to me to keep going on them, same thing happened again & finally a 3rd lady came over & continued. I got to the point that this had take 45 minutes to get my old nails off that I told the 3rd lady I wanted shellac. All I wanted to go was get out of the place. I had left my baby with someone for what I thought was going to be 1 hour as I was told when I booked my appointment. Poor service & 45 minutes to get the old nails off? What a joke. I would AVOID this place like the plague!!"
