We would like to inform our valued customers that starting from Monday, June 10, 2023, we will no longer be accepting Afterpay as a form of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When you schedule an appointment at KB Nails & Beauty, you are reserving a spot on our calendar that becomes unavailable to other customers. To ensure fairness to our salon and other customers, we kindly request that you show up for your appointment or cancel with proper notice. As of May 1, 2023, we now require a deposit or prepayment of $30 when booking an eyelash extension appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and will be used as a cancellation fee or salon credit.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid a cancellation fee of $30. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the introduction of our Booking Policy.

At KB Nails & Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our work and strongly advise maintaining your eyelash extensions by scheduling infill appointments every 2-3 weeks, with at least 40% of the original extensions still intact. This ensures the longevity and beauty of your lashes.

To provide the best possible bond for your extensions, we kindly request that you thoroughly remove all makeup products and old strip lash glue from your lashes using the recommended lash cleanser. This will ensure that the root of your lashes is clean and ready for the application process.

While we take great care in the application process, we must inform you that any reactions to eyelash extensions are unforeseeable. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for any reactions. However, we do offer a free removal service if any reactions occur. If you have any concerns with the service you received, please let us know within 2 days, and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
