"Had to give a star, in order to leave a rating as minus stars was not an option. I had cut myself and rather than go to Wollongong ER and wait 4 hours only to catch MRSA or something, I went to get items I knew I needed, the staff didn't know where things were, the pharmacist himself, my goodness his voice hadn't broke and he had no idea what to suggest. When I go to a pharmacist, even with an idea of what I'm after, I at least expect some basic medical advice, some real service, and someone knowledgeable. The only saving grace for this chemist is it's opening hours. If you don't know what you need, you're better off dying rather than asking them for help, less painful."
"I was treated like an absolute addict while attempting to fill my prescription for anti inflammatory medicine. Alice, screamed abuse across the store and continued to bully me. I have never felt so mortified. Whilst asking for the appropriate escalation process I was advised there is none and to deal with it. Not only is this a disgusting representation of the Priceline name but also a concern given her professionalism in a highly populated area of elderly people. If I could rate less than 1 Star I would"
