"Not the first time some staff have been rude, in particular the one with the Red Lipstick. She is something else. It's like she dosnt want to help or work, everything is a struggle for her, absolute no patience. There have been a few incidents where she has been very rude and raising her voice."

"i find the shop staff all nice, helpful ladies. the dispensary on the other hand i feel reluctant to ask for behind the counter items , been spoken to loudly like im deaf and dumb and why am i asking for that item . i will say again Loudly .im not deaf or dumb. and add stupid .i have managed my health to a healthy age and i find the tall lady in there to be totally rude, overpowering and disrespectful its not her job to make someone in pain feel small or not capable so shame on her and i know everyone will know who im referring to . im not the only one who has experienced this i will not use her services again"

"Just feed up with that tall lady that works in store at Figtree blooms who loves putting you in your place . Been going to that store for many years getting the same things for diabetic needs ,walked out today with no needles because she says my Medicare doesn't work and i am not on her list ,(been getting them for over 20 years) ha!ha! in that store . so i went to Keiraville pharmacy where they know how to treat customers ."

"Normally shop at Chemist Warehouse or Priceline Pharmacy. Thought to try Blooms. Normal prescription medication is $16.99 was charged $29.99 Other prescription medication normally $6.50 paid $11.29 Went in the next day with current prices printed out- was told they acknowledged the prices but can only match next time i come in. I wont be going back. You cant charge people nearly double the price for Prescriptions. Have emailed blooms twice with no reply. Disappointing."
