"Yesterday I contacted Toll to find what time the package was coming. I was told it would not be delivered that day. I went out for 2 hrs, to do jobs not wanting to waist the rest of the day. I then get an txt saying I missed delivery. The depot pick up is over a 2-hour return trip to Wollongong. Whilst telling me I had to be home the next day [again] the representative kept telling me to have a good day. Now the next day they tell me the driver could not find or access the address on a suburban street. They offered redelivery today. Not wanting a repeat of yesterday again I called this morning. After an hour they can confirm its not out for delivery today and said it could be delivered tomorrow. You cannot call anyone in Australia. You cannot call anyone with correct information. Through the retailer had the delivery cancelled. Tolls not good for your business."

"What a totally useless company! I received an email and SMS that my package was on board for delivery on 17/12/20 at 7:11 am; it arrived at my house at 1:30 pm on the 18/12/20. Yes that's right! It took it more than 30 hours to travel the 3.5 km from the local TOLL depot to my house! On the 17th I called their so call customer service team twice and they proved to be totally useless. They couldn't even call the driver, so I was told, to find out where they were up to and how much longer they were going to be. Actually I think they couldn't be bothered, that would had involved actually doing some work. The end result: unfortunately for the retailer that I made the purchase are now black-listed and I will not make any further purchases from them online; I may even avoid buy directly from any one their retail stores. And any other online business that I find out uses this totally useless company will received the same treatment. With online retailing becoming so prevalent in Australia this year, if we all avoid purchasing from retailers that use TOLL, how long do you think it will be before they loose all of their courier business? It's survival of the fittest!"

"Would give zero stars if I could. I had an urgent delivery, sat at home all day and driver never even rang the bell, just left a card in the letterbox. Was told it would be delivered next business day. Low and behold the driver apparently 'ran out of time' so gave up and returned it to the depot again. I was promised it would be delivered the next day and obviously the driver spent too long at lunch and ran out of time again. Totally hopeless company and i have no idea how they stay in business"

"Missed our package & they refused to re-deliver, instead they took it to a petrol station in port kembla? After contacting customer service they said they would take it back to the depo & re-deliver on Monday however they never did & after contacting them again they said we would in fact have to go to this odd 'collection point' (again, a petrol station??) in port kembla. If i could give this company 0 stars I would. I'm never going to be using them EVER again & will be contacting the sender of my package to let them know of my experience. Refusing to re-deliver is honestly diabolical, if i wanted to go collect something I'd have just purchased my item from a bricks & mortar shop. This is also not at all accessible to those who can't leave their home due to illness and disability, do you expect them to crawl to port kembla too?"

"Missed the first time of my delivery. 2nd time it was supposed to be delivered I called placed and asked for rough estimation of delivery time. They told me 1-1:30. I was sick but at home in my pjs. The second time they never even knocked I was in my house. I came out when my partner came home at 1:30 and said they still haven’t been and he checked mail and found it in post box letter of missed delivery. I’ve called and tried to sort this and staff have been blunt and unhelpful. Still haven’t received my package."
