"Customer service is ok, not an exceptional one but the attitude towards WHS and duty of care is absolute rubish. There was an spill just outside the register and I let them know. And was there for around 4-5 minutes and no action taken at all. If they didn't have enough staff that would be different nonetheless the duty of care can't be neglected. There were three staffs and wasn't too busy at all but, nobody cared to address the issue that was raised. I raised the issue to the tall beautiful girl who was on the service area. I am not a person that gives review very often but, northgate gets a lot of seniors citizens and little bit of hazard can turn into something bad. So, I felt obliged to do the review. Hope, they cleaned the spill afterward."

"Love the smoothie but can't get them unless someone else treats me (which isn't very often ) because they prices are absolutely over the top ridiculous. Almost 8 bucks now for a large smoothie. That's bs..not everyone is rich ya know. Lower the price so that the poor and struggling can also enjoy. !"

"The drinks always taste fresh and lovely. However they are often out of tapioca pearls early in the day, it's a constant issue and should be fixed by having more in stock so it's not an on going issue and customers shouldn't be charged full price for the drink if they're not receiving the full product"
