"Customer service itself was great but the craftsmanship wasn’t there. I needed a replaced roof, and upon completion of the project, my roof is now very slightly lopsided, one roof gutter is deeper than the other by a noticeable amount, and my windscreen rattles severely at certain RPM. Not only that but the gutter moulds were not put back on properly, and were more or less just hanging there. This is all exacerbated when I spent $8,500 on this. I was told that the roof is lopsided just because that’s how the new roof piece was manufactured. However that makes me wonder why there was no quality control during the installation, and no communication about if I’d be okay with it or not. Worst part of all, is that I still find pieces of glass in my car (from the damage) that weren’t removed properly. The car is my pride and joy, and as a young guy I dumped a good amount of savings on it, and this is not at all the result I was after."

I didn't catch her name however whenever i called Claremont Crash Repairs to followup about my car, she spoke to me so rudely , other than that, repair service was really good. I wanted to shout out with five star but costumer service failed my expectations."
