"Posting on behalf of a friend, she had hybrid lashes that were only classics and most have fallen out within a few days. Shellac nail polish kept coming off as well, horrible quality nails and worse eyelashes."

"From the moment I walked in, I regretted it. Owner- Lisa was abrupt and not friendly at all. She rushed through the quickest 15 minute $50 pedicure I’ve ever had. Grabbed a dirty nail file to file my toenail. I nearly threw up. Who knows if the pedicure tools were even properly sterilised at this point. I wanted to run. Should have ran. As she went to do my polish… a very different version to french after she rounded my nails when I clearly asked for square … I said, “oh look I’ll just get a full colour.” She sighed, grabbed me the colours and left me sitting there while she went on to do another woman’s polish change who had just walked in. She had 3 of us sitting there and only her working, and what I assume to be her husband that she angrily bosses around. Comes back to me 20 minutes later!! $50 is robbery for the poorest customer service, not sterilising equipment between clients, oh and not using disposable bags in the pedicure basins. Waiting for an infection to pop up. Never again."

"I chose this salon by rating and a recommendation from a friend. Sadly my experience was not worthy of such a high rating. The owner was lovely but she was busy with a client. The other technician was almost finished with her client. While I waited, I was given a basket of sample nail colours to choose from. The girl who did my nails paid no attention to the colour that I selected, barely spoke to me other that to get me to put my feet in and out of the water. She was slapdash and trying to work quickly instead of making it a pleasurable experience. The outcome is that I did not get the colour I wanted. My toe nails have been cut unevenly; some shorter than others. There are sharp edges that have not been filed as the girl missed two altogether and the others only got a quick pass with the nail file. My heels were not scrubbed / exfoliated sufficiently (again very rushed). No foot cream rubbed or massaged into feet. This was an average pedicure for $45. On a positive note - a nice touch was the hot towel."

"I booked into T&C nails as they had good reviews and wanted to go somewhere where I thought would do a good job for my wedding on the weekend. The place that I normally go to don't do bookings and I was concerned as I needed to make sure that we wouldn't be there for that long. so I booked in for my sister, myself and my mother. However, it was the worst experience I have ever had and I have been getting my nails done for 3 years in a row. Not only were we there for three hours but they completely stuffed up my sisters and mothers nails. my sister got SNS and for some reason they looked very bumpy and not smooth. My mother got acrylics and they did not smooth down the acrylics so could see the bump of the acrylics once her nails were done. We did have concerns along the way so ensured we informed them and we got reassurance that they would be smoothed down but never was. We also realised that on Mums finger her skin was glued with the nail and when it ripped off it started to bleed. I would never go here again, or recommend this place to anyone. Was very disappointed."
