"I went here in december to treat myself to a tan and manicure before a wedding.. I was allocated a young lady who told me she was new to the industry. She spoke quite unprofessionally through the service.. She painted my nails with nail polish that had gone off, so was thick and sticky and unable to dry. It then got completely destroyed when getting undressed for my tan. I had to take it off and re do it when I got home unfortunantly. The tan was better but still quite streaky. This was all very dissapointing, but as a business owner myself I value constructive feedback. I sent them a very polite but honest email explaining what happened and that perhaps this young lady still needed some training. They never replied, which was frustrating and has lead me to share this experience."
