"The shop owner engaged in extremely aggressive behaviour towards my mother who went in the shop alone. I feel horrible that I wasn't there with her to protect her. She asked the price for a few items that were incorrectly labelled, and he became increasingly frustrated with her, raising his voice. When she began to record his behaviour with her phone, he started using profanities, and cursing at her which was unbelievable and heart-breaking to watch. I'd just like to warn people, especially women to avoid going there alone if possible."
