"OMG the Worst experience !! Took my teenage son in for a hair cut and lost for words. How is this place able to operate as a barbers. Firstly the guy was rude, he muttered a few words, seemed to be high on something, too busy checking his phone in between cutting and then TOTALLY stuffed my sons hair. He was extremely rough and had no clue how to cut. We walked out with my sons hair hacked and two different lengths of hair and crooked sideburns. He even left a portion of hair not even cut. Paid the money and walked out absolutely disgusted. Then went to another hairdresser straight after, who also was shocked and appalled at the cut. Thankfully he made it look half decent, but was unable to totally fix it and says it just has to grow out now. My son was extremely upset and as he has autism this was even more challenging. Well done Big barber on your outstanding skills, customer service and traumatising my son. Will never ever recommend your salon to anyone. A disgrace! Should be closed down!! "This place is good if you get the manager ( no longer works there) Just got my beard trimmed and absolutely ruined it. Just got home and shaved it all off. The barber adjusted the hair line and made me look like I had a ball bag sitting on my face! Absolutely worst experience ever Emailed with no further response. Haven’t been back, their loss of $60 a week which I’ve been going to for the last 8 months, after moving here. Update, went back again on the 25th march. Absolutely terrible. Shaved head , leave hair everywhere and miss spots all over. and the 3 Indians are useless ! Stick to the butter chicken Update , have given them another go. Price has jumped from $38 to $61 I questioned it , I couldn’t even understand him. Pathetic , staff and blatant dogs!"

"I had a hair cut on Sunday. Cut is vary good and staff is vary friendly. No doubt there is a wait but he did vary good hair cut and he is handling on his on. Well appreciated. Good on you guys. must try.."

"Worst haircut I’ve ever got the barber didn’t listen I asked for a number 8 clipper and he used a 3 then missed chunks of my hair and hacked at it. Also asked for a clean shave that wasn’t great either as he missed bits. The way the staff talk to you is rude. Biggest rip off for what I got honestly would get better at a dog groomers definitely won’t be back !!!!!!"
