"Buyer beware. It’s is far too hard/impossible to return a faulty item. Twice now I have had a product fail (that’s ok this happens) and both times the staff made it too hard to replace. Both items were in perfect condition, one component failed and I was told it was treated poorly. The second item I was told was 11 month old so they would not longer honour the warranty. I would never shop there again and if I did I would do so with the expectation there is no warranty."

"Asked about an item, advised in stock and given vague directions to its location Customer service rep didn't seem enthused to be there or to help customers. Once I discovered the item was out of stock, customer service rep made it seem like a huge hassle if I wanted to order it in. Oh well, your loss on a few items worth a few hundred bucks."

Only told it has to be send back to be examined!! Customer service is non existent anymore!!!! Don’t bother coming here, go around the corner to total tools!!! This company has lost my business!!!!"
