"Excellent service from lady in store on reaching a planter pot from a high shelf. But when I reached the register the lady really needed more customer skills. Left a little disappointed as usually everyone very helpful."
"Tonight my hubby and I went to Bunnings, we were looking for a heat proof silicone, I stood at the Paint counter for over 5 minutes not 1 staff member asked would I like some help, the lady at the front door looked at me several times and did not call anyone to help. I then decided to go to the car to get reading glasses, when I entered the store again, she said, "oh your back", I said Yes, I needed to reading glasses to try and find a specific silicone as No one is around to help, to which she did not reply. After about 4mins, she then come to the end of the isle and called out, would you like me to get someone to help you, by this time we had found the silicone we were looking for. I felt the customer service tonight was pretty much non existent, very disappointing... It seemed the staff were more about standing around and chatting rather than doing the job they are being paid for."
