"My mother for an xray and ultrasound on the Tues after she had a fall on the Friday before the long weekend. The xray tech took lots of xrays even had the Dr come in to look at the xrays and sent her away knowing she had a broken/cracked elbow. To not tell her? No duty of care. Appalling"

"Just had my first dating scan. Receptionists are all of average pleasantries or below. The woman who scanned me was rude and just had no empathy or ability to engage. My partner with me, he could see me trying to ask how her day was, but her words were a whisper. It just felt like I was an issue. I'm not looking for fawning or anything like that but some bloody kind human interaction with my first pregnancy and the scans to go with it. She briefly turned the screen and we didn't get to see what was happening. I find it funny I've had other ultra sounds there and not paid, but this one I paid for and was basically paying for attitude, most of the people who I've told my results to asked if I got pictures - no, I just paid for attitude from every one."
