"I had a really stressful hair appointment with Annalise (Hairdresser) who became nasty & very rough when combing my long wet hair after foils yesterday. It was bizarre, painful physically & emotionally demoralising. It seemed she did this to punish me after she became offended when I'd been asking about ongoing problems I was having with my hair breakage. I wasn't accusing her. I was just asking questions. It didn't help that on arrival I'd had to politely & awkwardly explaine that the plastic wrap smelt really strongly of mold to Helen the owner who had put it on me. Helen had very kindly explained that she could smell it too & was trying to fix this ongoing problem with their front loader as all the wraps had this smell. Annalise was offended that I'd mentioned it. I wasn't offered the usual 1 or 2 coffees during the foils waiting time. Awkward. Honestly every appointment I have had with Annalise she would be rushing between clients & made me feel like an annoyance. Don't complain or ask too many questions. Just sit there & then pay your money."
"Annalise struggles to apply an acceptable toner to blonde hair. I always leave having to wash grey from my hair, feels like a complete waste having to wash it as soon as I get home. Lovely business overall through with lovely staff- it just sucks to pay hundreds of dollars to come out looking worse."
