"I had two toned hair and went to melange to get an Ombre done - I thought "why not, it'll make it look a bit better as I grow it out than it does now and I'm turning 21 this year and deserve to look nice" - now I wish I'd never gone and left my hair the way it was before because it was better before. I went in, showed them photos and booked an appointment, then I went back and let them do my hair as I figured they'd do what I asked them to do, and didn't really understand what they were talking about - I admittedly wasn't sure if they'd be using bleach or not then, but the damage hasn't been too bad - I figured if it was too damaged to do they'd let me know. So they finished and I noticed that it looked nothing like what I asked for and the bleach was through my regrowth which I didn't want touched much, but I figured I'd give it a bit of time and see if I liked it - I didn't, and not just because of the blue/silver toner. So I put up a review after calling and being told it would cost another $140 to fix it, even though it was their mess up. The owner contacted me and offered to fix it - she didn't like the review. So, despite being worried I let her because I really didn't have to money to go anywhere else. She just put chunky highlights on top when I asked her to blend it in and it looked good in the salon straight, then I washed my hair and it was horrible. Now I'm trying to find a way to fix it, which will probably be bleaching the rest of my hair as my hairs so many different colours that it would be hard to dye and I can't get it back to my original colour as it's not one you can dye your hair too, though obviously I'm not frilled that my hair will be somewhat more damaged, though I'm preparing for that and the light colour, but once it's done I'm just growing the damn thing out - it can look weird all it damn wants. I'm not going to melange again, and I'm not sorry I'm posting this review. I don't see why I shouldn't be able to post about how bad my hair turned out when people can post about how good theirs turned out - I'm the one who has to live with they're stuff up. They don't like bad reviews, something that has become abundantly clear on Facebook, and will claim you were happy before, but that doesn't change fact and the fact is that I've been deep in depression about this - I didn't even fully realized I had depression before this. P.S - I am posting pictures, but I have warped my face because I don't want anyone seeing it. It goes the first trip to the salon, the second with straightened hair and then now."
