First time bought shoes from them and stiching is coming apart within 3 to 4 months of purchase and when shown to stafffor exchange they called it simply wear and tear. How do u call it wear and tears when u can see stiching is coming apart. Also, staff was so rude to tell me to take shoes to another store for assessment. When I bought it at your store what is the purpose of taking them to another store in Hobart? And then she said make a complain online then why did we pay you in the first place?
