"I found that the shop keepers Are very nice and helpful I thoroughly enjoyed communicating with the young men of the vape shop so if any questions you need to ask them they will have the answers for you And one of the thing please be mindful and respectful to these young men because they treated me with the utmost respect and all the items in the shop they stock"
"Upgraded from a pen vape to the new geekvape L200, went in with a different one in mind, had a great chat with the younger worker on monday, went with this one. He took all the time to answer everything, help me set it up for the first time, show me how to use the settings etc (my pen was just push and go vs this), go through my likely coil needs so I wouldn't be back in a day with a burnt out coil and also showed me his own modded vapes for an idea of my possible next step up once I'm used to fiddling with my settings and getting what I want. Extremely happy with the customer service and care to the customer in relation to: have you used something like this, let me walk you through it real fast, without making you feel like you should have known before walking in. Also enjoyed the fact I had some specific asks about juice/flavour and he was incredibly knowledgeable on all the stocked products, meaning I'm not stuck with a bottles I don't like as other stores have left me in the past. What I preferred vs pushing a brand etc on me was clearly more important and it's very appreciated. Unfortunately didn't get his name, he was working Monday 9/5/22 opening. He's a credit to your store/business and I appreciate the help he gave me."
"Review edited after deleting the 1 star review I couldn’t figure out the 18650 battery adapter after my last squankee died though will admit 6 beers in the instructions weren’t discovered today though not entirely helpful though the after sales support is good… was excited to discover Bluetooth connectivity but the app is removed waiting on the developer only annoying thing is it fills from the bottom so you have to remove your deck to stop spills apart from that a good vape"
