"Walked into Shellharbour pacific furniture, never had anyone ask for help as the women were so busy talking, then they asked if my son could get off the lounge and apologises that they don’t have somewhere for little kids to sit. I said no problem and began to exit without them even blinking an eye. Customer service is gone these days."
"Bought 3 bar stools. We were polite and easy customers but also asked if they could build them instead of flat pack delivery. Turns out that was too much for them. Told us how easy it was, although couldn't do it themselves, and then would only do it for a fee. So in times of business downturn they couldn't even go that little bit extra for a customer. They have our purchase history and we have spent money with them before, but this simple request was beyond them. Doubt I will even walk in the store again."
