"Firstly, I am quite shocked at the high rating of this place. The food here is very average and maybe even under average. Me and my partner ordered two different ramen, one Tonkotsu ramen and a Spicy Tan Tan ramen. We had also order some sides such as the chicken karage, takoyaki and the Gyoza that came with the ramen. My partner had a sip of the broth and instantly told me to try. The broth tasted like water, very bland and not Spicy. I had my Tonkotsu and tried the broth as well, tasted very bland as well. The sides are definitely much more tasteful than the Ramen. Takoyaki was definitely my favorite, flavourful and chewy. Karage chicken were quite big and came with 4 big piece which usually comes in smaller pieces for bite size. The gyoza was very average, did not have any special taste to it. Felt like I could make that with the store bought gyozas. The atmosphere was definitely nice, very chill and quiet. The staffs were all very friendly and nice. Overall, if you're going for a drink and snack, this would be the place but if you're looking for a filling meal, this place would not be the place."
"Amazing food and service. You be getting more of a fusion japanese western food here. Was a bit hesitant about the seafood chowder but turn out amazingly well taste with the bonito broth. The desserts especially the fried milk was a must go for..."
"The panko cheesy eggplant is so delicious, crispy and full of flavours. Dan Dan noodle and udon are in quality as well. I like the soup base."
"Came here for a casual dinner for two on a weeknight. The food quality and customer service was expectional. The creamed scallop spring rolls was a unique twist. The fish market fish was breaded and deep fried perfectly. Definitely worth a visit if you're down in Tassie and wanting Japanese-inspired cuisine."
