"Workmanship is satisfactory, however the lies and delays they put you through to get the kitchen installed was unbelievable. Some of the staff are good, but are often told by management to give you information which isn't true. We had contact with a subcontractor who was telling us the truth, which was then spun in a lie by Best Kitchens. It is almost impossible trying to get someone to call you back (don't bother leaving a message). Once the kitchen was installed they left, wood scraps, sawdust and a mess in every cupboard and draw."
