"I rented twice with these guys and I found them great. If I had an issue, they addressed it immediately, when I wanted a bigger home they helped me find one. Calia was always lovely and friendly. Inspections were always based around reporting issues in the apartment, not whether the dishes were done or how clean the lightbulbs were. It was nice to not feel judged for not having a showroom type of house."
"If you are just a humble renter and you have any concerns/queries/questions do not expect any respect from this real estate. They are extremely rude! I had a valid concern about my landlord, who was an absolute nightmare. It took me a long time to work up the courage to report the abuse to the agent and not only were they unsupportive, rude and unprofessional, they actually made excuses for my landlord's extremely poor behaviour. Please do not give these people your business."

"One of the worst out there. Support you until you leave a residence and then they treat you like garbage. Knowing full well we were all first time renters, they talked us through everything... At the start, then gave us no support or assistance when leaving and gave false hope and advice We given the opportunity to re-clean the premises after vacating, we were told exactly what needed to be done and advised if we did that we'd be fine... So we did that, and then some, but had hundreds of dollars taken from our bond (the equivalent to a complete house clean) When we took them to Tribunal I was looked dead in the eye and told "you could never have cleaned it in that short a time" - Completely the opposite of what we were told at the time of vacating Edited to note that no I won't remove my review, if you can't accept negative reviews, then you're not acknowledging that there are flaws in your business - Strive to be better, don't threaten "legal action""

They even give you the opportunity to come back and rectify what has been found not many agents give you that opportunity."
