"We stayed here for 1night. Worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. I thought we were getting a bargain as advertised. IT WASN'T. pictures on the website are nothing like the reality. Dirty stained carpet, room smelled like vomit, dust on most surfaces, was too afraid to use the airconditioner because of the dust in the vents, even the phone was unclean. Mildue in bathroom, water stains on walls. Exhaust in bathroom was clogged with dust. The balcony was filthy and the blinds were ridiculously hard to open. The bed was like concrete but clean. I had to wash a cup before using it as it had coffee stains that washed off easily, so shows me it was possible rinsed and put away. The radio volume control was broken and stuck on full volume.No toaster or hairdryer. My bad for not checking first. The only good thing was it was close to the venue we were attending. I would never stay here again nor would i recommend to anyone."

"Student accommodation review. Bathroom light not working, no shower pressure, fluctuating hot water, leaking sink, tiny room with a shared balcony that drunks would run around on past noise curfew. Once got locked out of my room as the key card pack on the door was drained of its battery, couldn't go in room for two hours as they had to call a guy in from elsewhere just to change the battery. Kitchen has no oven and is dirty, there were food thieves and so locking your fridge is pretty mandatory. Not value for money, the rent is too much considering the amount of downsides to living there."

"This is buget accomodation and i've rated it accordingly. The price and location are good. Room size was good but its ready for refurbishment. Shower head was very loose and not able to be tightened. Carpets are stained. Good hot water, comfortable bed with clean linen. Housekeeper did a great job and was very friendly. Office staff good. Building, carpark and rooms are secure and fitted with a modern fire detecion and evacuation system. Basement carparking is limited and tight, especially if your car is higher than 1.9 metres. Even low level noise was able to be heard from adjacent rooms. There is a laundry but i didnt use it so i can't comment. The place is ok for a couple of nights, but if you're trying to impress someone, best to go somewhere else. It was adequate for my needs though."

"Reviewing based on the 3 star rating, this hotel is a great place to stay overnight. Excellent office staff, available when you need them and responsive. Good clean amenities with a strong warm shower and working aircon. Only downside is that the TV needs to be bigger than the 21 inch one in there."

"I feel absolutely disgusted in this place there was what looked like blood wiped on the walls in the shower the room smelt moldy and my partner was able to reassure me as my partner runs his own business in building and construction and stressed to me the serious problems in this room they have painted over the mold (in the kitchen/living/sleeping area) there is mold all throughout the bathroom and dust all ober the bathroom and kitchen, tea and coffee is provided in your room but yet when i went to go have a tea there was cups with stains in them as they haven't been washed and just been placed back in the cupboard, the carpet smells which would be due to the red stains all over them and not being vacuumed and the water damage which they just keep painint over but u cant hide water damage when it runs down the walls and u see all the water marks, there is some type of Vaseline wipped all over the bedding (bunk beds which we didnt sleep in thank god) the pillows on the double bed has stains on them so i have to switch them all around, the microwave clearly hasnt been wipped out/cleaned as there is bits of molds in the microwave which is a major hazard and can become very sick, im really really dossapointed in the condition of this room, no draws or benches have been whipped down no dusting or vacuuming has been done and definitely nothing has been cleaned in the bathroom, they mold all throughout the shower has made me and my partner feel absolutely disgusted, i highly recommend you stay in your car other then here its just unfortunate that me and my partner had to stay the full night due to not driving down and it being late at night and no where else is available. And the fact the fridge stopped working and all the food we have bought we have had to throw out. We couldnt wait to leave as we feel dirty staying here. Very very unhappy!! And will be making it well known to staff! If you have a baby or young kids or elderly family meber or friend i advise you highly to stay away the smell of mold and the dirtyness of this facility can make them very very sick which my partner agrees aswell!!!
